Jerry Sherrell

Operations Manager

Jerry Sherrell has been working full time in civil dirt work for over fifty years. He has worked for several construction companies throughout his career with the most notable being a foreman for Mack Energy starting in 1991. In 2013, Jerry along with partners opened Bullseye Construction LLC, a division of Chase Energy Services. Under Jerry’s successful management, Bullseye Construction has tripled in size within only three years. His motto is treat every job as if you are doing it for yourself.

Dru Sanders

Sales Manager

Dru, a 2000 graduate from Artesia High School, began his civil dirt work career working for his Uncle Archie as a helper and loader operator on weekends and during school breaks. After graduation, he attended New Mexico Junior College. He moved back to Artesia to help his dad run Red Hot Roustabout, a family roustabout business in a down industry. In 2002, he went to work for B&H Pipeline and Construction in Carlsbad as a swamper, where he soon became lead operator on his pipeline crew. In 2006, he went to work for Mack Energy Corp. as an equipment operator building locations, maintaining roads and anything else that was called upon. In 2013 Mack Energy's dirtwork crew, started doing work for the public as Bullseye Construction. Dru soon became the salesman, helping build the company to what it is today.
